What sorts of clients do you take on?
At present I meet with anyone over the age of 18. My primary focuses are trauma disorders, mood disorders, conflicts of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture) and systemic trauma. I prioritize the needs of people of colour and the LGBTQ+ community.

What areas do you serve?
I am based in Boston, but licensed to practice and offer telehealth sessions anywhere in the state of Massachusetts. I also offer limited services via telehealth to people based in Sri Lanka.

How many years of experience do you have?
I have been a practicing clinician since 2016.

What schools of thought guide your treatment?
Treatment is based on a foundation of disability justice. Theoretical frameworks include Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, among others.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
I offer a limited sliding scale.

Do you take insurance?
At present accept private pay clients and facilitate out of network reimbursements.

Are you willing to meet in-person?
Sessions with be predominantly telehealth with opportunities for in-person visitations based on need and practicality.

What is your attendance and cancellation policy?
Cancelations within 24 hours will be charged the full fee. Two or more "no-shows" may result in treatment being terminated.

Do you offer couples counseling?
Yes. It is preferred that those attending these sessions are each pursuing individual therapy.
